TAILOR-MADE TRIPS

As today is my first day back at work, I would love to send some feedback on the Tour. Firstly, I cannot praise Annamaria any higher. She was one of, if not, the best tour guide I have ever had. The care and thoughtfulness that she showed all of us on the tour was amazing. She was extremely generous, professional, and did her best to make sure everyone was enjoying themselves. She went above and beyond all on the tour, and I will be forever grateful for meeting her. Meet and Greet is very lucky to have her representing them. Secondly, I would like some clarification on the luggage situation for future reference. The reason being is the porter service is a huge selling point for Luxury Escapes, therefore wanting to double check if this is 100% offered on each tour. I am not sure the specifics on why we didn't have it in the beginning, however just wanting to confirm if 2023 Luxury Escapes guests will have this included. Otherwise everything was amazing and I had a great time! Thank you so much!

Ciao bella - come stai? Stiamo tutti molto bene ma il Covid sta tornando. A Lauren e Megan manca così tanto essere in Italia, specialmente con i parenti e viaggiare. Alison ed io ci stiamo preparando per il nostro viaggio in Giordania e Israele e lasceremo l'Australia (Oz) il 14 dicembre e torneremo il 3 gennaio. Siamo stati benissimo via e siamo rimasti molto sorpresi dalla Turchia, è stato semplicemente fantastico. Le persone e le attrazioni erano semplicemente magnifiche. Alison ed io abbiamo anche programmato un viaggio da metà maggio a fine giugno del prossimo anno, in Irlanda e Scozia per circa 7 settimane in tutto. L'unico problema al momento sono i prezzi dei voli che sono semplicemente ridicoli. Speriamo di poter tornare in Italia molto presto, forse nel 2024 con mia sorella e la sua famiglia. Sei un campione.

Cecilia, I just want to say THANK YOU for an amazing experience in Rome. Our hotel was perfectly located and beautiful. Our tour to the Vatican was fun, informative and breaktaking. The guide was fantastic pointing out things we would have never known. You can tell he loves what he does. The golf cart tour on Sunday was all messed up because of voting and the marathon. Since what we were supposed to see was not possible Gian Marco didn’t seem the least bit concerned and created a tour that we didn’t even know we wanted! It was a very happy accident for us! He was positive, knowledgeable and interesting. He brought us as close as he could to the Colosseum and gave us a step by step to the other places - Trevi fountain, pantheon etc since we couldn’t see those things. We topped the day with a great cooking class where we got to learn some wonderful recipes and enjoy the food we made. Thank you for your patience and a thoughtfully curated experience. I appreciate your timely response and understanding. Luca handled the situation with the client professionally. It's clear the oversight was on the hotel's part, not Meet and Greet's. Hiccups can occur, but I'm grateful for your dedication to making sure the remainder of the Ortiz family's vacation proceeds without any further issues

Can’t say enough good things about this company…they made our honeymoon vacation in Italy, seamless and stress free. Emi, our consultant from Rome, created a wonderful itinerary for us with great tours and accommodations, car service when needed and a timeline that kept us entertained but not overwhelmed. The couple of hiccups during the trip ( a train strike and mapping error) were handled quickly and easily. We will certainly be using this service again again and highly recommend it to others!

Cecilia made planning a trip to Italy so EASY. She was helpful with everything and SO patient with all my questions. The transfers, trains, tours and experiences were all planned so well and made traveling so nice to have things in place. The hotel we stayed in was exactly what we were looking for. Wonderfull cooking class in Florence. I hope when we are ready to plan our next trip we can have Cecilia!

We had an amazing trip to Italy! From start to finish it was so easy working with kimkim! Cecilia was great! She literally took basic information on things we wanted to see/do and areas we thought we'd like to go and she mapped out the entire trip! She sent us a full itinerary including the stops along our trip, area info for each stop, hotel info, transports, train info, all our excursions, and additional recommendations for each location! It was awesome! We made little to no changes in the itinerary. And every step along the way was exactly as described! And we were a group of 10 so not an easy feat to move 10 people around in another country we weren't familiar with at all lol! It all went smoothly. We loved each place, all the hotels, and every excursion! kimkim was knowledgeable on the areas, was in contact with us while in Italy, and responded to us timely before and during the trip. And our guides for each excursion were wonderful~ highly recommend the guided tours 🙂 We have already said we are going to use kimkim again for future trips! And we definitely recommend kimkim to others! Thank you!

We just finished a ten day family trip to Italy. The 10 of us could not be any happier or satisfied from our experience. From the first days in Venice, then to Florence, and down to Sorrento, and finishing in Rome. Just wow. Every city brought to it, it's own beauty and character. Team Kimkim did an absolutely awesome job in every facet. Through booking and scheduling our tours, and trains to recommendations, and having everything so perfectly timed out. Any questions we had were answered almost immediately. We had so many great tour guides from Marica on our tour in Florence, from Umberto in Pompeii, to Jess our chef in Rome( who taught us all the perfect pasta and Tiramisu), to Barbara who led us so professionally through The Vatican and Sistine Chapel. I will most assuredly use Kimkim for future travel. Cecilia was our main contact through out the planning process and she went above and beyond. She matched everything we requested perfectly. Worked with KimKim and specifically Cecilia at a local Italian travel agency to plan our honeymoon to Italy in Fall of 2022. It was a breeze to plan, and Cecilia made sure to work in all our requests while still helping us find experiences with best local guides for things we were not sure about. Just back from an amazing family vacation! Emi’s recommendations and planning allowed us to see and experience parts of Rome, Milan, Turin and Florence - both through relaxed self exploration within the cities and small group tours for daylong excursions in smaller towns nearby. The hotels, and train travel she organized made it easy to relax and enjoy the trip. Questions arose while we were traveling, and she was quick to reply - so nice to have a friendly local resource!
