FIT TOUR
FROM CANALS TO CLIFFS
Italy's art cities and the Cinque Terre, lived through the experiences that make the difference.
The journey
Ten days through Italy's must-see icons — Venice, Florence, the Cinque Terre, Rome — connected by high-speed train. A private one-hour gondola through hidden canals, a vintage Fiat 500 across Tuscan hills, two days exploring the Cinque Terre with a hands-on pesto class in Vernazza, and the Colosseum arena floor in Rome. The classic route, lived through experiences that don't exist on the standard grand tour.
Highlights
- 1-hour private gondola in hidden canals A full hour, not the standard 30 minutes. Through quiet side canals, away from the Grand Canal traffic.
- Hidden Venice with cicchetti and wine Walking tour through Venice's quiet alleys with stops at local bacari for cicchetti and wine tastings. Venice as locals eat it.
- Tuscany in a vintage Fiat 500 A private tour driving through the hills, with olive-oil tasting at a local producer. The countryside the way Italians do it.
- Hands-on pesto class in Vernazza Make pesto with a local cook in Vernazza. Mortar and pestle, fresh basil, the real method. Then eat what you made.
- Rome by golf cart A 3.5-hour food tour through Rome's neighborhoods. Tastings, stories, no walking.
- Colosseum arena floor Skip-the-line semi-private tour with arena access — standing where the gladiators fought. Plus Roman Forum and Palatine Hill.

Selling tips
-
The icons, but lived not visited
Venice, Florence, Rome are what your clients ask for. The Fiat 500 in Tuscany, the pesto class in Vernazza, and the golf cart food tour in Rome are what makes them remember it — and tell their friends about it.
-
Three nights in the Cinque Terre, not a day trip
Most grand tours skip the Cinque Terre or rush through in a day. Here it's three nights based in La Spezia, with a 2-day Cinque Terre Card to move freely between the villages. Not a stop — a proper part of the trip.
-
The 1-hour gondola difference
A private one-hour gondola through hidden canals, not the standard 30 minutes on the busy waterways. This is the detail clients notice — and the kind of upgrade that justifies the trip.
