GROUP TOUR
ITALY CAR LOVERS — DRIVE, TASTE, DISCOVER
A 10-day group journey through Italy's motor heritage — Alfa Romeo Museum, vintage Fiat 500 in Tuscany, Ferrari factory, Ducati and Lamborghini, plus Bologna's food scene and Valpolicella wines.
The journey
Ten days through Italy's automotive heritage and the lifestyle that surrounds it — Milan to Verona, with Motor Valley at the center. The journey opens in Milan, capital of design and innovation, with a welcome dinner and a guided visit to the Alfa Romeo Museum revealing over a century of Italian automotive identity. Florence brings Renaissance elegance and the most iconic Italian-classic experience: a vintage Fiat 500 drive through the Tuscan hills with an olive oil tasting at a traditional farmhouse. Bologna, Italy's food capital, opens the doors of Motor Valley — Ferrari with full VIP access (museum, factory, Fiorano racetrack), Ducati and Lamborghini with their motorcycle and supercar legends. The closing chapters: Verona's UNESCO old town, then a Valpolicella wine tour through the rolling hills of Amarone country. Italy's motor passion lived alongside food, wine, and the slow pleasures that define Italian style.

Selling tips
- Italy's motor heritage with Ducati included — a unique angle for car AND motorcycle clients Most Italy automotive tours focus on supercars only. This one combines Ferrari, Lamborghini, AND Ducati (Italy's iconic motorcycle brand), plus the Alfa Romeo Museum and a vintage Fiat 500 drive — covering the full spectrum of Italian motor culture. The angle for car clubs, motorcycle enthusiasts, vintage car lovers, or mixed automotive interest groups.
- Vintage Fiat 500 drive — the cinematic Italian classic moment The vintage Fiat 500 drive through the Tuscan hills is a uniquely Italian experience — cinematic, photographable, instantly recognizable. Most Motor Valley tours skip the vintage angle. The angle for clients who want the slow-Italian-classic moment alongside the supercar adrenaline — including partners and family members who may not share the supercar passion.
- Bologna food capital + Valpolicella wines — balance for non-car partners Bologna's food culture (tagliatelle al ragù, traditional markets) and the Valpolicella wine country bring the journey beyond engines — making it appealing for groups where not everyone is equally passionate about cars. The angle for advisors selling to mixed-interest groups, anniversary couples, or alumni reunions where automotive heritage is a starting point but not the only theme.

Our process
Planning call
We don’t start with an email. We start with a call. You tell us about your client — who they are, what they’ve already done, what they dream of, what they’d never accept. We ask the right questions. Then we build a proposal designed to sell itself: hotels, inclusions, margin structure — all aligned before your client sees anything.
Ready to sell – Zero deposit
Once you decide to move forward, we block the hotels, lock the exchange rate, and define the selling price. Cancellation terms are set and fixed. No deposit required at this stage — unless the hotel requires it, or for short-notice departures. You start your sales campaign with full clarity and zero exposure.
Group Assessment
As sales progress, we review allotments and minimums together — adjusting where needed, releasing what isn’t working. We take every measure to minimise cancellation risk. At this stage, we define the non-refundable deposit needed to move forward: between 10% and 30%, depending on the hotel.
Final settlement
Balance requested 90 days before departure. Predictable, clean, no surprises.
