GROUP TOUR
Sicily — Sun, Sea & Heritage
A 9-day group journey across Sicily, built around your clients — Palermo, Agrigento, Syracuse, Baroque towns, Taormina, and Mount Etna.
The journey
Nine days across Sicily — full circle of the island from Palermo to Etna. The journey opens in the western capital with a guided walking tour through Capo Market, the city's lively street food scene, and a welcome dinner. A morning at Monreale's Norman cathedral with its golden mosaics, a day trip to medieval Cefalù, and a scenic train south to Agrigento for the Valley of the Temples — Greek temples better preserved than most in Greece itself. Continuing east, a stop at Villa Romana del Casale unveils some of the world's most stunning Roman mosaics. Syracuse and the atmospheric old town of Ortigia. A full day through Sicily's UNESCO Baroque towns — Ragusa, Modica, Noto. The closing chapters: Taormina's Greek-Roman theatre with views of Etna, and a final day circling the volcano on the historic Circumetnea train with a winery tasting on the volcanic slopes. Sicily lived in full — heritage, food, and nature, shared as a group.

Selling tips
- Sicily's full circle in 9 days — broader than any standard tour This itinerary covers the full island — Palermo to Etna, west to east, with three UNESCO sites (Cappella Palatina mosaics at Monreale, Valley of the Temples, Baroque Val di Noto) plus the Roman mosaics at Casale and Mount Etna's volcanic landscape. Most Sicily tours focus on one region or skip the Baroque or Etna chapter. The angle for advisors selling to clients who want the full Sicilian experience, not a sample.
- Sicily as the Italian destination on the rise Stanley Tucci food shows, the second season of White Lotus in Taormina, the Godfather pilgrimage — Sicily has entered the American imagination strongly. Demand is rising but most clients still book mainland Italy by default. The angle for advisors who want to position themselves on a destination ahead of the curve, especially for returning Italy travelers and food enthusiasts.
- From 8 — the format that fits any social group Designed for groups of 8 or more — friends, family reunions, anniversary trips, food clubs, or alumni groups. Sicily's social rhythm of long meals, shared experiences, and convivial dining is naturally aligned with group travel. The angle for advisors with clients looking for an Italian island experience together, with cultural depth alongside Mediterranean leisure.

Our process
Planning call
We don’t start with an email. We start with a call. You tell us about your client — who they are, what they’ve already done, what they dream of, what they’d never accept. We ask the right questions. Then we build a proposal designed to sell itself: hotels, inclusions, margin structure — all aligned before your client sees anything.
Ready to sell – Zero deposit
Once you decide to move forward, we block the hotels, lock the exchange rate, and define the selling price. Cancellation terms are set and fixed. No deposit required at this stage — unless the hotel requires it, or for short-notice departures. You start your sales campaign with full clarity and zero exposure.
Group Assessment
As sales progress, we review allotments and minimums together — adjusting where needed, releasing what isn’t working. We take every measure to minimise cancellation risk. At this stage, we define the non-refundable deposit needed to move forward: between 10% and 30%, depending on the hotel.
Final settlement
Balance requested 90 days before departure. Predictable, clean, no surprises.
